Hi, I’m Alyson

I’m Alyson — a proud social worker and former caregiver.

Born and raised in South Florida, I’ve spent my life immersed in resources that are leaders for the aging community — and it's here that my heart for caregiving grew. After caring for my mom, grandfather, and now my grandmother, I’ve seen firsthand just how much love and resilience caregiving requires. That’s why I created Alyson Cares — to offer the kind of support I wish every caregiver had.

As a social worker with a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) and a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM), I blend professional training with real-life experience to guide families with empathy, clarity, and care. You're not meant to do this alone — and now, you don’t have to.

Alyson Cares exists because I’ve been there — and I want caregivers to feel seen, supported, and never alone.
